In this video Mats and Kent taught many basic and advanced techniques their recent Japan trip.

Taihenjutsu-ukemi unarmed and with a rokushaku-bo (long staff).

Taijutsu techniques, and also taijutsu techniques using a rope.

And some kenjutsu, sword training.

This seminar was right after their Japan trip in January. They attended many trainings with Soke and the Shihan. In this video many basic and advanced techniques is demonstrated.

Who is Mats Hjelm

Mats Hjelm started training in Bujinkan for the first time around 1983. In 1986 he moved to Stockholm and started training with a real Shidōshi. He met Hatsumi Sōke for the first time in Stockholm 1988. He attended around 20 seminars with Sōke and travelled to Japan 50 times. Mats takes his budo training very seriously, he never really had a longer break from training!

Kent T has been practing Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu for 20 years. He is one of the main instructors at Kaigozan Dojo in Stockholm.
