Background
First, Doron Navon, from Israel, began training with Hatsumi Sensei in 1968, long before the “ninja-boom.” While in Japan, he learned the Feldenkrais method from Israeli physicist Moshe Feldenkrais. In addition, Moshe Feldenkrais was an accomplished martial artist who visited Japan for a shorter stay. Later, after Doron returned to Israel in 1974, he deepened his knowledge of the Feldenkrais method directly under Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais.
Doron says that the Feldenkrais method is a shortcut to the godan test. Both Hatsumi Sensei and many others who studied Taijutsu and Feldenkrais have confirmed this.
First, the 1994 Stockholm recording first appeared on VHS. Later, BUDOSHOP.SE released it as a VCD / Video CD in 2003. Therefore, the quality is VCD PAL (352×288), and the playing time is 52 minutes. Finally, a remaster and conversion support playback on iPod, iPad, iPhone, PC, Mac, and other devices that play standard H.264 video. However, it is not DVD quality.
